1. Introduction

Welcome to this website, operated by Sonia Hill trading as Sonia Hill Art (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the website and purchasing artwork, prints, greetings cards, and related products. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe each artwork or product accurately, including size, materials and available variations. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or the print process. All products are subject to availability and may be updated or withdrawn at any time.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include/exclude VAT where stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. Your order is accepted once payment has been successfully authorised. If we discover a pricing or listing error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order to confirm whether you wish to proceed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available to the UK and selected countries shown at checkout. The EU is currently excluded. Estimated dispatch and delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation and may vary by destination and product type. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are usually accepted for prints, greetings cards and other non‑customised items. Original paintings and customised or made‑to‑order items (including certain variation options) are not normally eligible for return unless damaged or faulty. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are issued once returned goods are received and inspected. If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve this quickly.

Some products (e.g., prints) may offer variations such as size or material (e.g., canvas). Variation availability and pricing are shown on the product page.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, branding and other content on this website are the intellectual property of Sonia Hill. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy or commercially use any content or imagery without prior written permission. The artist retains the copyright of all original paintings and may create printed reproductions from them.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or customer data. Content is provided for personal browsing and purchasing only.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays and third‑party service interruptions. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
