Shipping and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. This page explains how orders are shipped and what to expect if you need to return an item.
SHIPPING
Destinations: UK and selected countries listed at checkout (EU currently excluded).
• Processing time: Prints, greetings cards and smaller items are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Original paintings may take longer due to packaging requirements. Any exceptions will be communicated.
• Delivery times: Vary by destination and service selected at checkout. Estimated windows are shown at checkout.
• Shipping costs: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and item size/weight.
• Customs & import fees: For international orders, any local duties/fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Accurate delivery information: Please ensure the delivery address is correct. We cannot be responsible for items lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
COLLECTION
• Buyers are welcome to collect from my studio in Calne, Wiltshire. Please select the “collection” option at checkout and you will be contacted with details.
RETURNS
Eligibility: Returns are generally accepted for prints, greetings cards and other non‑customised items. Original paintings and customised/made‑to‑order items (including certain variation options) are not usually returnable unless damaged or faulty.
• How to request a return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and (where possible) original packaging.
• Refunds: Issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
• Damaged or faulty items: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
