This image was inspired by a barn owl I saw out in the day time on one of my walks here in Wiltshire. I took that image and painted it on a moonlit night in front of one of the beech clumps that top the Neolithic barrows along the Ridgeway near Avebury UNESCO World Heritage Site. I am fascinated by the local wildlife in this area of the south-west and always love an unexpected encounter like this one.

The image is available in two sizes: A4 (11.7 x 8.3 inches) and A5 (5.8 x 8.3inches) and it has an additional narrow white border (approx. 11mm) to facilitate mounting (the border will not be visible behind a standard A4 or A5 mount).
Also available with a white mount and backing board (UK only for A4), ready to pop straight into a standard frame (14×11 inches for the A4 print and A4 for the A5 print).
