Autumn has to be one of the most beautiful times of year, especially when the sun is shining through the trees and lighting up all the different colours. This original acrylic on canvas was inspired by one of my many walks along the footpaths through Bowood, here in Wiltshire. This is a spot at the top of the hill, near the lake, where the leaves always turn the most beautiful shades of orange, red and brown.
Acrylic on stretched canvas, 16×12 inches.
It has loosely painted edges, so can be hung directly as it is, but is also available in a solid wood, distressed effect frame (please allow extra time for framing as it will be done to order).
This painting can be collected from me in Calne free of charge or sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK (shipping cost £12.95 due to size and value).
